Community Management, Social Media and Strategy:
- Understanding of different platforms along with extensive experience using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr channels.
1-3 years direct experience with the following:
- Writing and communicating professionally on behalf of a brand, including development of social posts, replies, comments, and other daily content.
- Collaboration with producers, designers, copywriters, web developers and other members.
- Experience in customer service role.
- Experience with data analysis and CRM is advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail, including grammar, spelling, functionality of hyperlinks, and all respective social tagging techniques
