Job Overview:
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client’s SEO efforts, leveraging advanced techniques and best practices to enhance search visibility and drive organic traffic for their clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients to meet their unique business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Optimize on-page and off-page elements, including technical SEO, content optimization, meta tags, URL structures, and link-building initiatives.
- Analyze and report on website performance and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into content development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging tools/technologies to inform and adapt strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in SEO techniques and tools.
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports and recommendations to clients, translating complex data into understandable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO trends.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
